REDSTRIPE MEMORIAL RUN Race Description

"On December 1, 2018, The Wingman Foundation will join Gold Star families, friends, the aviation community and local patriots to honor the life of Capt. Jake "Red Stripe" Frederick with our first annual 5/10k Red Stripe Memorial Run and a 1 Mile FUN Run for kids. Our mission for this run is to celebrate Jake's legacy and raise awareness of TWF's support and work with families of our fallen heroes; and to ensure we Never Leave a Wingman Behind."

All of the proceeds of this event will go to The Wingman Foundation

 

Event: 5K and 10K Out and back and 1 Mile Kids Fun Run!!

Date: December 1, 2018

Time:  Event Start: 0900

Location: Starting near Bob Hall Pier

 

Cost to Participate: 10K 30$ per person, 5K 25$ per person, Gold Star Families are Free

Food: There will be an after party at JB’s German Bakery afterwards; they will be catering all food and beverages

Water Stations: There will be 2 water stations on route; they will be at the 10k and 5k turnaround as well as the finish line.

Packet Pick up: 4-6 pm at Ropes Park 3502 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411
