V Fit RUNNING CAMP

Unlock Your Speed. Build Strength. Run Like Never Before.

Join us for a 6-week elite-level running camp designed to improve speed, endurance, and form — perfect for middle school, high school, and competitive runners looking to level up.

Led by expert coaches, this camp will challenge and inspire athletes to reach their full potential through:

• Structured speed workouts

• Form and mechanics training

• Strength and injury-prevention drills

• Goal setting and racing strategies

• Weekly progress tracking and feedback

 

What You’ll Receive:

• Custom V Fit Running Camp T-shirt

When: June 24 -July 31

Where: Various Locations

Salinas Park, Cole Park and Bill Witt Park

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7–8:30 AM]
