Nightmare in Salinas Park Fun Run & Health Fitness Expo Race Description

 

Nightmare in Salinas Park Health Expo, 5K and Fitness classes have been postponed due to weather. Please check back a new date will be announced soon.

 

 

  • Back to Basics Fitness- is a contemporary holistic fitness class involving
    functional movements. The goals and benefits of this class are to assist one improve mobility,
    stability, balance, mental health, and well-being all while burning calories and strengthening
    muscles at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome – modifications available.
  • Yoga- guiding individuals through a series of poses to improve physical and mental strength
  • Zumba- fun aerobic workout that mixes in the latest dance moves

Fitness Schedule

 Salinas Park

  • Back to Basics Fitness: 6-6:30 pm  
  • Yoga: 6:30-7 pm 
  • Zumba: 7-7:45pm
