Start/Finish Rockport Beach Start/Finish Location: Rockport Beach (810 Seabreeze Dr. Rockport, Texas). There is an entry fee for the Beach Park, however, you will receive a FREE pass for ONE-vehicle PERrace participant. Each vehicle must stop and get a sticker on the windshield upon arrival.
