The race begins with the iconic blowing of the Viking Horn, reverberating through the campus streets to wake up our Viking spirit and kick off the 2nd Annual Viking Fest celebration right after the finish line.

At the finish line, the festival comes alive featuring food trucks, live music, a car show, inflatables for kids, and carnival-style games hosted by student clubs and organizations, all at affordable prices.

Don’t miss the one-of-a-kind, live Dia de los Muertos Welding Competition, celebrating the incredible skill and creativity of our blue-collar workers and students in this unforgettable showcase.
